1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon organic heavy (whipping) cream
1 tablespoon organic cream cheese, at room temperature
⅓ cup low-carb vanilla or graham cracker whey protein powder
½ cup raspberries
2 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the water, heavy cream, protein powder, ice cubes, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth and then pour into a tall glass to serve.
