Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp Recipe

Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp
Ingredients:
For Shrimp:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and covered
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 lime juice
- 3 garlic garlic, minced meat
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons cut fresh coriander
- Fresh Lime wedges, to serve
For the Avocado Dip:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
For Shrimp:
- Let the wooden spies be softened in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix in a large zipper bag the honey, oil, juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, sweet pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Add the prawns and marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Turn the shrimps out of the marinade and place the shrimp on spies. Grill over high heat for 2 minutes per side or until opaque.
- Serve garnished with coriander, fresh lemon juice, and serve with Avocado Dip.
For the Avocado Dip:
- Place all dip ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
